I was introduced to Neha by a mutual colleague and had the opportunity to work with her over the course of the following 9 months on a wide variety of projects and tasks - including personal brand work and supporting IMB. We collaborated on how to approach a wide list of high level to-do's that I had been struggling to manage on my own. She really helped me narrow down what my priorities were, keep long term projects on track and to develop strategies and guides for this work. She developed a social media plan across several platforms for both my personal brand and business venture, helped create sponsorship plans for IMB as well as oversee the launch and related marketing and comms plans. She also helped source and manage through execution a revamp of both my personal website and the IMB site. In addition, we explored the process of forming an NPO and related structure needed to create this in the future. She created a series of high level strategy documents as well as detailed plans on execution across multiple projects and creative visions.
